We study Karate since 1991.
We practise a traditional, japanese style of Shitо̄-ryū.
Trainings are conducted in English language.
Karate is about respect, discipline, constant learning,
finding and overcoming own weaknesses.
We teach not only martial art and self defense,
but also eastern culture, philosophy and mindset.
We put emphasis on full-body exercises,
workouts, conditioning and stretching.
FOR ADULTS
Every training takes 90 minutes. Regular group trains 2 times a week.
